Commission Info and TOS

GENERAL
- All illustrations commissioned from me will have a subtle watermark or signature embedded in the artwork that you may not remove.
- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing or do not feel confident enough to make.PAYMENTS
- Payments go through Vgen, Paypal or Ko-FiREVISIONS
- During the sketch and sketch clean up you are allowed to make three changes with no extra charge. If you can, please be thorough with your details of how you want the illustration to be! Any revisions made after the the final flat coloring are laid out with have extra charges.
- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing that is unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- I will notify you once I have started with your drawing! Timeline may depend on how my schedule is but I will be sure to give updates whenever I can.
- While I am making you commission, I will ask you to review it to make sure I've done things right. :3
- I cannot begin working on your commission until I receive information and the go sign from you. Please make sure you’re checking your messages and are ready to review drafts to keep the process moving. If I send you a draft, I cannot complete your commission until you respond :')
- Do keep in mind that the sketches I'll be sending will be rough— up til the clean up sketch, so don't worry if it looks a little wonky.USE
- The buyer is allowed to use it however they wish: as social media profile pictures, uploads, forums, etc.
- Allowed for prints and keychains, claim the character as their own but cannot claim the art itself.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, heartofhypnos, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with it, display/post it anywhere (website, social media, portfolio, etc.)I do not however own the characters themselves. I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. Others are not allowed to alter any of my works and claim it as their own.REFUNDS
- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.COMMUNICATION
- Please keep the communication through Vgen be related to the commission work.
- Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions about the commission and its current status once I've started working on it.
